Walk
in and shop or pre-order online.
Stop on your
way home from work, or form a buying club and have one person pick up
the group's order.
You
are welcome to
come and browse as in a traditional farmers market, but ordering ahead
offers both customers and vendors many benefits:
-
You
have two days to decide what you
want since the online listing will be open for orders Saturday
through Monday noon.
- You
are assured what you want is not sold out before
you get to the market.
-
The
online
order system makes it easy for one person in a household to make the
shopping
decisions and place the order, while another person can quickly pick up
the
order.
-
It
also facilitates groups of individuals placing
their individual
orders with one person picking up for the group.
-
It
lets you know exactly
what is available so you can plan ahead.
-
You
still get to choose who you buy
from, as in a regular farmers market.
-
Ordering
ahead helps the producers know how much of
what to harvest or make and bring to the market.
We
only offer things grown or made by the vendor, so you
can find out just how your food was produced and what is in it.
